    Please carefully review these terms and conditions before using VRCams (the "Website"). This document outlines the terms ("Terms") under which we will provide our services to you through the Website. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and VRCams. By visiting, accessing, or using the Website in any capacity, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the Website immediately and discontinue use.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use this Website. If the age of majority in your jurisdiction exceeds eighteen years, you must meet that higher age requirement. Access to this Website is not permitted in any location where it is prohibited by applicable law.

    2. License to Use

    We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Website, including all content available on it, on your personal computer or mobile device in accordance with these Terms. This license may be revoked by us at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. These Proprietary Materials are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of applicable jurisdictions. We reserve all rights in our Proprietary Materials. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without prior written consent.

    4. Identity Verification

    All users who wish to upload content to the Website (other than a profile avatar or background image) must complete identity verification. This process requires a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document and a selfie of you holding that identification document. We reserve the right to request identity verification from any user at any time. Content uploaded by unverified users will not be published until verification is complete. Providing false information during verification or attempting to circumvent our verification systems may result in permanent account suspension.

    5. User-Submitted Content

    You bear sole responsibility for any materials you upload, stream, submit, or otherwise make available through the Website ("User Submissions"). You acknowledge that disclosing personal information in User Submissions may make you personally identifiable, and we do not guarantee confidentiality of such submissions.

    For each User Submission, you represent and warrant that:

    • You possess all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the content;
    • No individual depicted in the submission is under the age of eighteen (18) years, and you maintain appropriate documentation confirming this;
    • You have obtained written consent from each identifiable individual appearing in the submission.

    You further agree not to submit any material that:

    • Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of third parties;
    • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
    • Depicts or promotes illegal activities, physical harm, or cruelty to animals;
    • Impersonates any person or entity or creates a false identity;
    • Constitutes unsolicited advertising, spam, or unauthorized promotion.

    You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sub-licensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, modify, publish, and translate your User Submissions. You also grant other users a license to view, stream, and download User Submissions for personal use. You waive any claims of moral rights or attribution with respect to your User Submissions.

    6. Third-Party Content

    The Website may contain content from various third-party sources ("Third-Party Content"). We do not control and are not responsible for any Third-Party Content. You acknowledge that you may encounter content that is inaccurate, offensive, or objectionable. You waive any legal or equitable remedies you may have against us regarding such content. All content on the Website is provided "as-is" for your information and personal use only.

    7. User Conduct

    You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website. As a condition of use, you agree not to:

    • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
    • Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or data mining software to access the Website;
    • Collect usernames or email addresses for unsolicited communications;
    • Place unreasonable demands on our technical infrastructure;
    • Harass, stalk, or intimidate any user;
    • Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of transmitted information;

    8. Tokens and Payments

    You may purchase "tokens" to unlock additional features on the Website. Token prices are posted on the Website and may change at our discretion, including for promotional offers. All payments must be made using a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment method. Payment details may be retained by us or our payment processors. Tokens must be purchased in advance of use. Your stored payment information may be charged for future or recurring purchases you have authorized.

    Refunds: If your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, you are not entitled to a refund for unused tokens. We may, at our discretion, issue refunds for technical malfunctions or provably unsatisfactory private sessions. Tips are non-refundable as they are considered gifts.

    Inactive Accounts: If your account shows a prolonged period of inactivity, we reserve the right to terminate your access. Any unused tokens in an inactive account are forfeited and cannot be recovered.

    9. Services

    We offer a variety of interactive services including live chat, tipping, group shows, private shows, and spy features, all billed against purchased tokens at rates posted on the Website. Services may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion. You acknowledge that per-minute or per-second billing requires you to actively exit the activity to stop charges. Running out of tokens during a billed activity will halt your participation. Models may decline any activity at their discretion.

    10. Trust and Safety

    We are committed to maintaining a safe community. All content must comply with our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. We employ pre-moderation processes, automated detection mechanisms, computer vision technology, and third-party reporting systems to ensure content safety. Our dedicated moderation team operates around the clock. All models must be verified through our identity verification system before broadcasting.

    11. Recommendation Systems

    We use recommendation systems to personalize your experience by suggesting content based on your preferences and interactions. These systems consider factors such as model popularity, your location, viewing history, and engagement patterns. Users within the European Economic Area (EEA) may disable certain recommendation systems, though this may reduce the quality of personalization.

    12. Recordings

    Models may enable a recording feature that allows users to record their shows. By enabling this feature, models consent to the recording and publication of their performances. Users may record shows for personal use only. Any redistribution, publication, or commercial use of recorded content by users is strictly prohibited. Purchased recordings remain available to the user even if the model's account is subsequently deleted.

    13. Privacy

    We maintain a separate Privacy Policy and your acceptance of these Terms also constitutes your acceptance of that policy. We may amend the Privacy Policy at any time by posting updates to the Website. Your continued use of the Website following any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    14. Copyright and DMCA

    We respect intellectual property rights. You may not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any party. We may remove any content we believe violates intellectual property rights and may terminate users who are repeat infringers. As part of our repeat-infringement policy, any user who receives three valid complaints within a six-month period will have their access terminated.     15. Modifications

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Website. We are not obligated to provide individual notice of such changes. Your continued use of the Website after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of those amendments, regardless of whether you have read them.

    16. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any damages, claims, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or your breach of these Terms. In the event of a dispute with other users, models, or third parties, you release us from all related claims, demands, and damages of every kind.

    17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

    The Website is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website, reliance on its content, or interruption of service. Our maximum liability shall not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, in which case these limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    18. Dispute Resolution

    Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable rules in the Republic of Cyprus. The seat of arbitration shall be Cyprus, and these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

    19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus for any claims brought by either party.

    20. General Provisions

    • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements.
    • Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
    • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
    • These Terms are not assignable by you without our prior written consent.
    • We may provide notices by email, postal mail, or postings on the Website.
    • In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
