Last Updated: July 10, 2025
Although VRCams.io is not based in the United States, we voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and respect the intellectual property rights of creators and rights holders.
We do not tolerate copyright infringement on our platform and will promptly remove or disable access to any material that violates copyright law once properly notified.
Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.
VRCams.io qualifies as a “Service Provider” as defined in 17 U.S.C. §512(k)(1) and is therefore eligible for the “safe harbor” protections under the DMCA.

4. Abuse of DMCA Procedures
Submitting false or misleading DMCA Notices or Counter-Notices may result in legal liability, including damages and attorneys’ fees under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
We will take action against anyone found to be misusing the DMCA process.
This process applies only to copyright infringement claims , not to defamation, privacy violations, trademark issues, or other disputes.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
VRCams.io enforces a strict “three-strike” repeat infringer policy.
Any user or model who receives multiple valid DMCA Notices may have their account permanently suspended or terminated.

6. Service Providers and Third-Party Content
If the allegedly infringing party identified in a DMCA Notice is itself a service provider (for example, another hosting or streaming platform), please direct your notice to that provider’s registered DMCA Agent.
VRCams.io will not process claims that should properly be addressed to another service provider.
7. Policy Modifications
We may update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time.
Users and copyright holders are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.
