Performers and users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
However, VRCams.io owns all proprietary materials , including text, design, code, graphics, and trademarks.
You may not copy, modify, publish, distribute, or reproduce any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

4. Identity Verification

All users who wish to upload content must first complete identity verification.
Verification requires:

  1. A valid government-issued photo ID; and

  2. A selfie clearly showing you holding that ID.

We may request re-verification at any time. Providing false information or attempting to bypass verification will result in a permanent account ban and may be reported to authorities.

5. User Submissions

You own the content you upload , but you are solely responsible for it.
By posting on VRCams.io, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your content for operational and promotional purposes.
You may not upload:

  • Content involving minors;

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material you don’t own;

  • Illegal, violent, defamatory, or hateful material;

  • Impersonations, scams, or spam.

All performers must maintain documentation proving that every individual appearing in their content is 18+ and has consented.

6. Content on the Website

We host both user-generated and third-party content.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of this content.
Your use of any third-party content or links is entirely at your own risk.
All content is provided “as is” for informational and entertainment purposes.

7. User & Model Conduct

Users and performers agree not to use VRCams.io for unlawful activity or to violate our Community Guidelines.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats;

  • Fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized access to other accounts;

  • The use of bots, crawlers, or data-mining tools;

  • Circumventing security systems or restrictions.

We reserve the right to monitor activity, enforce our rules, and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

8. Tokens & Payments

VRCams.io uses tokens as a virtual currency to access premium features, tip performers, or purchase content.
All token purchases must be made via approved payment processors.
Prices may vary based on region or promotional offers.
Refunds are only issued in cases of verified technical error , tips are non-refundable.
Unused tokens may be forfeited if your account remains inactive for an extended period.

9. Services on VRCams.io

We offer various interactive services, including:

  • Live video broadcasts;

  • Private and group shows;

  • Messaging and tipping features.

Models may set their own rates for shows and private content.
All payments and activities must comply with our Terms and Community Guidelines.

10. Trust & Safety

VRCams.io prioritizes community safety through strict moderation, verification, and content review systems.
We use both automated detection and human moderators to identify harmful or illegal content.
We investigate all reports of abuse or rule violations and take appropriate enforcement actions, including account suspension or reporting to authorities.

11. Recommendation Systems

We use algorithms to recommend models and shows based on user preferences and interactions.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) can disable personalized recommendations, though this may affect the quality of their experience.

12. Recordings

Models can choose to allow users to record their shows.
Recordings are for personal entertainment only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed.
By enabling recording, models grant consent for their show to be recorded and waive any claim to royalties for that recording.

13. Privacy Policy

We handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your continued use of VRCams.io signifies your consent to our Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically.

14. Copyright & Intellectual Property Claims

We respect copyright and comply voluntarily with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe your work has been infringed, you may file a notice via our Copyright Report Form.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.

We may modify these Terms at any time by updating this page.

  • Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

  • If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.

  • The English version of these Terms prevails in case of translation discrepancies.
